My academic activity deals with food microbiology, with a focus on wine microbiology, and with molecular biotechnology. I\u2019m a lecturer of the course in Wine Microbiology in the bachelor\u2019s degree in Viticulture and Oenology and Microbial Biotechnology in Enology in the context of the master&#8217;s degree in Viticultural and Oenological Sciences.
